1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the betjly platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered members who hold a betjly account, and any person who places a bet, wager, or engages with any game or promotional feature offered by betjly. Accessing any part of betjly.net constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

betjly reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to players. The current version of the Terms will always be published at betjly.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the betjly platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use a betjly account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age;
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system);
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You must not be acting as an agent, trustee, or representative of a third party when placing bets on betjly;
• You must not be prohibited from online gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction;
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from betjly or had an account permanently closed by betjly due to a breach of these Terms.

betjly does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online betting is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering an account. betjly accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each person may register only one (1) betjly account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts at the time of closure.

When registering an account on betjly, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number registered to your bKash or Nagad account, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. betjly may contact you via your registered mobile number or email address for account-related communications including verification, security alerts, and responsible gaming messages.

Identity Verification (KYC)

betjly operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at the time of registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account lifetime at betjly's discretion. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh;
• Bangladesh driving licence containing full name, photograph, and date of birth;

betjly reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of betjly's request may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjly username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. betjly will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betjly support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. betjly accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your betjly balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to appear in your betjly account. betjly is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system downtime. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the verified identity on your betjly account. betjly does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account held by a different person will be returned where possible, and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. betjly targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted during normal operating hours. In practice, processing times may extend to up to 24 hours during peak periods, following large balance withdrawals, or where additional verification is required. betjly does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing timeframe and accepts no liability for delays caused by mobile wallet or banking infrastructure outside betjly's control.

betjly reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals of amounts exceeding ৳50,000. This verification requirement is a security measure intended to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal attempts and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Currency

All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals on betjly are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). betjly does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred when funding a betjly account from a non-BDT source are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Betting and Casino Game Rules

betjly offers cricket sports betting, live casino games, RNG (random number generator) casino games, slot games, and other betting products as made available on the platform from time to time. Each product category is subject to its own specific game rules, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the betjly platform. In all cases, these Terms take precedence over any product-specific rules in the event of a conflict.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on sporting events — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the betjly platform. A bet cannot be amended, transferred, or cancelled after placement unless betjly explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature on that specific market;
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or voided after less than the minimum scheduled play required for bets to stand (as defined in the rules for that sport on the betjly platform), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account;
• betjly reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction. betjly will notify affected players and return stakes in such cases;
• Live in-play bets are accepted and settled based on the official result of the relevant market at the time the bet was confirmed. Delays in live data feeds do not entitle a player to void a bet already confirmed by the system;
• betjly uses a real-time data feed from certified sports data providers for live cricket odds. betjly is not responsible for any discrepancy between live broadcast coverage and data feed timings.

Casino and Slot Games

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjly platform. betjly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts where the conduct constitutes fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification; using a stolen or unauthorised payment account; impersonating another person;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one betjly account, or assisting another person in doing so, for any purpose including bonus farming;
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the betjly platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor access to your betjly account;
• Money Laundering: Using the betjly platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the source, ownership, or destination of those funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sports event, or tournament offered on betjly;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with betjly's platform or to place bets without genuine human decision-making;
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, pricing error, or malfunction in betjly's software to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error will be voided;
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward betjly staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Where betjly suspends an account pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct, betjly will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 calendar days and to communicate the outcome to the account holder via their registered email address.

8. Account Closure and Termination

Players may request to close their betjly account at any time by contacting [email protected]. betjly will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days. Prior to closure, betjly will prompt the player to withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, all data associated with the account will be retained in accordance with betjly's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at betjly's sole discretion.

betjly reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betjly determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to betjly, or where the player has not accessed the account for a continuous period of 24 months. In the case of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. In the case of dormant account closure, betjly will make reasonable efforts to contact the player via their registered email address before closing the account and will provide a mechanism for the player to withdraw their balance.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion from betjly at any time. Self-exclusion options include temporary exclusions of 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months, as well as permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, login access is suspended and all marketing communications from betjly to the player are stopped. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjly's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their betjly account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. betjly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the betjly platform.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial and contract law applicable to the betjly platform's operations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through betjly's internal complaints process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
